vss55 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Scope

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the vss55 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the platform or manages an account.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered personal profile.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds granted under promotional offers, subject to specified conditions before withdrawal.
• "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited by the user.

These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh or using the platform from Bangladesh. vss55 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services on vss55:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• An active mobile number and a valid email address are required to create an account.
• The account is for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

vss55 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The verification process may require a national ID card, passport, or other applicable documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be permanently closed.

3. Account Management

Maintaining the security of a user's account is entirely the user's responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Log out after using a public device or connection.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify vss55 immediately.

Any activity carried out from a user's account will be considered the user's own responsibility unless vss55 acknowledges otherwise in writing.

3.1 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for six consecutive months or more, the account may be marked as "inactive". An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts and the associated balance may be adjusted — the user will be notified in advance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vss55 processes transactions only through designated payment methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account (in accordance with anti-money laundering policy).
• Payment details must match the information registered on the account.
• Withdrawals will be held if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met.
• vss55 may request additional documents for the purpose of verifying withdrawal requests.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to be fraudulent, suspicious, or related to money laundering, vss55 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vss55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the general policy applicable to all bonuses is as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 or more adds the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account or per household.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all bonuses may be cancelled.
• If the conditions for granting a bonus are not met, the bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• vss55 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes — bonus arbitrage or hedging is strictly prohibited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on vss55:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• vss55's decision on whether a bet is accepted or rejected is final.
• Bets placed based on technical errors or incorrect information may be voided.
• Unusual or unreasonable bets placed by exploiting system errors will result in the cancellation of the associated winnings.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and other popular sports. Betting markets are generally based on the outcome of specific events or matches, market lines, and over/under.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, fishing games, live casino table games, and other game categories are operated according to the rules of their respective game providers. Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vss55 platform:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• A single user creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
• Placing strategic bets to withdraw winnings while avoiding bonus wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage).
• Betting through match-fixing, use of insider information, or any other fraudulent means.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and possible legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

vss55's liability for financial losses incurred through use of the platform is limited. In particular:

• vss55 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• vss55 will not bear liability for issues arising from third-party software or services.
• vss55 will not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• vss55 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

However, vss55 always uses secure SSL encryption technology and maintains every effort to ensure the security of user data and finances.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by vss55

vss55 may suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Provision of false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion or confirmation that the user is a minor.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Closure Request by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining active bonus balance will be cancelled. However, any valid real balance (if present and withdrawal conditions are met) will be returned. Account closure requests must be submitted by contacting the support team directly.

10. Responsible Gaming

vss55 places the highest importance on responsible gaming principles. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems.
